One of two sets made by Maldon Iron Works for W&C French of Buckhurst Hill for placement in Wadham Road, Walthamstow.  Date of order 23/6/1930.  An unusual feature is the use of six inch letters on the seven-inch arms.  The small "STICK NO BILLS" plates, supplied for an extra 2/6d (12 1/2p) each, are also unusual.
