Orsett (Baker Street) NGR: TQ 6339 8141 All three guideposts in Orsett are Maldon Iron Works types and all were subjected to complete restoration in 2001. As far as can be ascertained, all the semicircular finials are replacements as are all the arms on the Baker Street post. CLICK HERE for pictures of the Orsett posts before their restoration.

Orsett (High Road) NGR: TQ 6453 8195 The LONDON 21 / STIFFORD arm has been repaired but the other two appear as original. The Maldon Iron Works logo on the arms is a circular pattern. Normally it is a stepped rectangle.

Orsett (Rectory Road) NGR: TQ 6450 8222 Restored to high standard and with the circular Maldon Iron Works logo appearing on two arms.
